For preparation, add 1/2 teaspoon (about 1 gram) of matcha powder in our ceremonial bowl. Add 2-3oz (~60-75ml) of hot *not boiling* water. Whisk, whisk, whisk! in a zigzag motion kind of like a W. Serve it just the way you like—straight up, over ice with cold foam, or with a splash of frothed milk for a cozy matcha latte. Enjoy!

Note: Cater to your taste, if you want a stronger, thicker version (Koicha), you’d use double the matcha with less water (around 1 oz or 30 ml) and stir more slowly.
